Terms and Conditions for Using the Msarat Global Application and Website
Product Purchase
The user acknowledges that they have purchased a product from Msarat Global for a specified amount and received the product immediately upon completing the transaction, which constitutes final approval.
The user confirms that they have fully inspected the product and purchased it for personal use.
The electronic request submitted by the user is considered a receipt and a final agreement to the terms of sale.
All payments are made in Egyptian Pounds, either electronically or through bank deposit into the company's official accounts.
Any complaints regarding the product must be submitted through the official website only. Communication through intermediaries is not accepted.
The product cannot be returned once used, opened, or if its packaging has been altered.
The company is committed to responding to complaints within the legal timeframe. The company's response is final and cannot be challenged.
Independent Agent
The user declares their intention to become an independent agent and marketer of the company's products through direct or online sales.
The agent is committed to attending trainings, events, and following the company’s policies and marketing plans.
The user has no right to claim any compensation for the amount paid in exchange for products or training courses.
The agent is responsible for training and supporting members who joined through them.
The company bears no responsibility for any incorrect presentation of the business plan by the agent. The agent is fully responsible for their actions.
Commissions are based solely on personal effort. No financial entitlements can be claimed without achieving the required results.
The relationship between the agent and the company is not considered employment but rather an independent commission-based agency.
The company is not legally liable for any relationships or transactions between the agent and their team.
Reward Program
The company provides a transparent reward system for independent marketers based on direct selling and online marketing strategies.
Agents receive commissions based on a specific structure announced by the company. No additional amounts may be claimed outside this structure.
Upon joining as an agent, the company commits to providing training under the supervision of the designated team.
If the agent refuses to attend training, the company is released from any obligations toward them.
The company is committed to delivering products within 30 working days from the date of sale unless prevented by legal or force majeure circumstances.
Agents are prohibited from joining or collaborating with any competing companies. In case of violation, the agreement will be terminated immediately, and the account will be deleted without compensation.
The agent must sign the electronic contract on the website, which is considered an integral part of this agreement.
It is prohibited to use the company's name for any illegal or unethical activity.
The relationship between both parties is governed by commercial laws and the terms of sale as outlined on the website.
The independent agent is responsible for reviewing and adhering to the company’s official policies published online.
Commissions are calculated in Egyptian Pounds within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Payments may be made in other currencies outside Egypt at the company’s discretion.
The company is not responsible for any personal or financial dealings conducted outside official company channels.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, or reuse any educational or digital content belonging to the company without prior written permission.
General Provisions
This agreement is governed by the Egyptian Commercial Law.
The courts of North Cairo and their subdivisions shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the execution or interpretation of these terms.
Use of the application or website constitutes express acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated above.
