MSARAT primarily delivers digital educational content (courses, videos, documents) through our online platform and mobile app. Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, access is granted immediately. You will receive login credentials or course enrollment automatically.

Physical Materials (if applicable)

In the rare case that physical materials (books, certificates, welcome kits) are included with a package, the following applies:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping Methods: Standard international shipping via reputable carriers (DHL, FedEx, or local postal services).
• Delivery Time: Typically 7-14 business days depending on destination. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Costs: Any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Digital-only packages incur no shipping charges.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. MSARAT is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your physical item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@msaratuae.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
