All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect enrollments already purchased. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you enroll. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
All content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by MSARAT or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any illegal purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) upload viruses or malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) resell or redistribute course materials. Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MSARAT. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MSARAT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. We do not guarantee that courses will meet your specific requirements or that access will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSARAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MSARAT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, England.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
